These are the Applictions by the Original Claimants / the Respondents in the Appeal for withdrawal of the entire amount deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court along with interest accrued thereon. 2.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in Civil Application No. 12435 of 2024 in First Appeal No. 1018 of 2022 and Civil Application No. 5246 of 2021 in First Appeal No. 1018 of 2022, SG Punde

2 919CA3713.2025.odt this Court by order dated 25.11.2024, allowed the similarly situated claimants to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited along with interet accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking and further directed that the remaining 25% be invested in any nationalized bank to be renewed from time to time till disposal of the Appeal. 3.

There is no dispute in respect of the said order. There is also no dispute that these Appeals and the aforesaid Appeals are relating to the same Acquisition Proceedings. Hence, these Applications for withdrawal of amount are allowed in terms of the aforesaid order dated 25.11.2024. 4.

Applications are accordingly disposed off.
