1) Heard. Advocate Shri Ghumane, holding for Shri Gaware, appears for sole respondent. 2) Heard. Delay of 306 days has caused in filing the appeal. Though learned Counsel appearing for sole respondent has opposed for condoning the delay, stating that no sufficient reasons are assigned for condoning the delay, for the reasons stated in para 4 of the application, which according to me are just and sufficient,

the delay is condoned. The appeal be registered in accordance with law. CA for condonation of delay stands disposed of.

3) On registration of the appeal, issue notice to respondent. Shri Gaware waives service for sole respondent, i.e. original claimant in both the matters. Service complete.

4) Place the matters for admission on 6th July, 2017.
