The petitioner seeks directions against the Scrutiny Committee to decide the validation proceedings expeditiously. The petitioner also seeks directions against respondent no.3 not to terminate the service only on the ground that the validity certificate is not submitted.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 31-08-2021.

The Respondent / Committee shall endeavour to decide Gajanan

the validation proceedings, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings.

The employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.
