In connected matter (Civil Application No.13825 of 2019 in F.A. No.3240 of 2019), the applicants therein were permitted to withdraw 70% of the amount deposited in this Court. Hence, present applicants are permitted to withdraw equal percent of amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.
