The petition is filed for issuing directions to respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within three months. Heard learned Advocate Mr. C.R. Thorat for the petitioner and learned AGP Mrs. R.P. Gaur for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned AGP, after waiving notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and upon instructions from respondent No.2, makes a statement that the matter is pending for the vigilance inquiry and would be decided within six

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the matter is pending since 21.11.2022 and the petitioner is preparing for the admission for the post graduate course, for which he requires the certificate. Taking into consideration the stage, pendency of the claim and the pendency before the Committee we direct respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible within a period of four months from today.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
