This petition is an example of a blatant misuse of the writ jurisdiction of this Court.

Plot-18 belongs to respondent no.3 who is constructing on the said plot. Grievance of the petitioner is that his compound wall has been damaged by respondent No.3, who is a housewife. A Writ of Mandamus cannot be issued for a personal cause between two private owners on two private properties. The remedy lies before the Civil Court.

Writ petition is dismissed.
