Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The complainant and the applicant are kinsmen. They had dispute over various issues. The injured had suffered the simply injury and discharged forthwith from the hospital. The alleged weapon has also been recovered. Charge sheet has been filed. Nothing is to be investigated from the applicant. Hence, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant deserve bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Arjun Shrikrushna Kharad, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime

949-ba-552-2023.odt (2) No.440 of 2022, registered with Paithan Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Section 307, 324, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 506, 201 of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and shall not involve in similar crime.
