This is an application for grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the Judgment and award dated 11th July 2012 in M.A.C.P. No. 194 of 2002 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Shrirampur. The applicant has already deposited Rs.25,000/- while filing the present appeal. The total compensation granted by the learned Tribunal is Rs.1,09,232/-. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant / appellant has pointed out that on 12th March 2021 learned executing Court has issued distress warrant in the execution proceedings.

Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to deposit balance amount in this Court as granted by the Tribunal along with interest, after deducting Rs.25,000/-, within two months from today.

In that view of the matter, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the Judgment and award dated 11th July 2012 in M.A.C.P. No. 194 of 2002 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Shrirampur, subject to condition that the applicant shall deposit total amount granted by the learned Tribunal along with the interest, after deducting Rs.25,000/- which has already been deposited in this Court, within a period of two months from today.

It is made clear that no further extension to deposit the amount will be granted on any count and on failure to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the stay granted will stand vacated automatically without reference to the Court. 6.

Civil Application is disposed of.
