PER COURT :

1) Heard Shri More, learned counsel appearing for applicant. The learned counsel undertakes to remove the office objections within two weeks. The learned counsel submitted that because of inadvertence on his part, the objections remained to be removed and consequently, registration was refused by the learned Registrar vide order passed on 23.11.2016. The learned counsel has prayed for setting aside the said order so that the matter can be restored and can be agitated on merits.

2) In view of the submissions so made, following order is passed, -

ORDER

i) In view of the undertaking given by the learned counsel to remove the office objection within two weeks, the order dated 23rd November, 2016 passed by the Registrar is quashed and set aside;

ii) The appeal on stamp is restored to its original file.

iii) List the matter for further consideration after two weeks.

iv) Civil Application stands disposed of.
