Learned A.P.P Mr. Salgare, drew attention of this Court to the circumstances that 'B' summery report was fled by the Police and it came to be accepted by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhule on 17.12.2019. This order of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class is not challenged by fling proper proceeding liee Reeiision by the present petitioner. Factual aspect is iniolied and this Court cannot directly consider the prayer clause of the present matter. 3.

With these obseriations the present proceeding is disposed of.
