Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.155 of 2022, registered with Police Station Vedant Nagar, District. Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 419, 465, 467, 468, 471, 177 read with Section 34 of the IPC. 3.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he stood as a surety in the name of other person.

The investigation has been completed. Nothing is to be recovered from him. The trial may take its time. Hence, in the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be inappropriate to keep him behind bar. Hence, the following order :

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant GAURAV ANIL ASWALE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.155 of 2022, registered with Police Station Vedant Nagar, District. Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 419, 465, 467, 468, 471, 177 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not enter the Court premises except for attending his case in Aurangabad District Court till the conclusion of the trial.

(b) He shall not involve in a similar crime.
