It is to be noted that the application was on board on 08-072021 and on that day the learned Advocate for the applicant was absent, therefore the matter was adjourned to 13-07-2021. When again on 13-07-2021 the learned Advocate for the applicant was absent, notice was issued to the applicant.

Now the Bailiff has reported that on the instructions of the son of the applicant he could gather that the applicant has expired. The son has signed the notice in presence of Police Patil and, therefore, though the Bailiff has not collected the death certificate of the applicant, it is not necessary that we should wait for it. In view of the above, the application stands disposed of.
