The applicants pray for bringing on record the Lrs of original respondent No.2 i.e. Subhadrabai Baburao Pawar, who died on 6.10.2021.

Considering the submissions advanced and averments made in the application, case is made out to condone the delay of 653 days as well as to allow the applicants to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2. Consequently, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) to (D).

Amendment be carried out within two weeks.
