Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

By recording certain reasons, simple notice was issued by this Court on 13.6.2019. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted before us that the purpose of approaching this Court is now duly served, as the information sought for by the petitioner is provided to the petitioner. The learned Counsel then submitted that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to take appropriate steps if the petitioner found that the information provided to the petitioner is of non expectation of the petitioner, as permissible in law so advised.
