This is an application for recall of the order dated 15.7.2022 and for condonation of delay of 232 days caused in filing present application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The writ petition is restored to it's original file subject to the payment of costs of Rs.1,000/-(Rs. One Thousand) to be paid to the High Court Bar Library subject to removal of office objections within a period of two weeks from today. If the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the order dismissing the writ petition will be restored.
