By the order dated 10-02-2023, while finally disposing of the group of petitions, this Court had inter alia in paragraph 8 of the order permitted the petitioners to tender individual representations to the respondent - corporation on or before 28-02-2023 and the respondents were directed to consider and take appropriate decision by 31-05-2023.

The applicant is one of those petitioners who could not make the representation within the stipulated time and is before this Court by way of this civil application seeking extension of time.

Learned advocate for the petitioner - applicant submits that he has submitted the representation on 24-03-2023. He tenders across the bar a photocopy of it.

The respondents shall consider the petitioner's representation and take appropriate decision in the light of the directions in the common order passed in writ petition no. 11433 of 2019 and connected matters, on its own merits by 30 September 2023.
