The petitioners are awaiting adjudication of their applications / proposals made u/s 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. It appears that all the petitioners were served with the notice of hearing way back in the year 2019 (Exhibit 'C') collectively. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to decide the petitioners' claim u/s 28-A, pending with their offices as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 8 (eight) weeks.
