Since old matters from 1989 onwards are being taken up by this Court on every Thursday, this petition instituted in 2008 cannot be given precedence over old matters.

As such, the Civil Application requesting for early final hearing of Writ Petition is rejected. Applicant is at liberty to renew his request in June, 2015.
