After hearing learned counsel for parties, conspectus leads to a situation whereunder respondent no. 1 can hear the appeal filed by present petitioner against order of his disqualification passed by respondent no.2. Since the interest of the petitioner is sufficiently protected under an interim order passed on 30-03-2016, the position obtaining pursuant to said order may be continued till disposal of appeal before respondent no.1.

Respondent no.1, under the circumstances, is expected to decide the appeal pending before him as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of writ of this order, uninfluenced by the order passed by this court.

Till disposal of appeal, interim relief which is hitherto in operation will continue to operate.
