1) The application is filed for condonation of delay of 497 days caused in bringing legal representatives of the sole appellant on the record and for permission to bring them on the record. Notice to the proposed legal representatives was served and learned counsel is appearing for all the respondents. Both the sides are heard.

2) In view of the contentions made in the application and the submission made the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Amendment is to be carried out immediately. Statement is mad by the learned counsel for the appellant that the record and proceeding is received. She undertakes to supply private paper book prior to the next date.
