We have heard the learned advocate for the applicant and the the learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 & 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application couple with the nature of the dispute, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored subject to the condition that the petitioner removes the office objections within three weeks.
