1) It appears that the prisoner had prayed for direction to grant him furlough though by mistake learned counsel appointed for him has prayed for relief of grant of parole.

2) Today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced copy of order made by the DIG Prisons showing

2 Cr WP 448 of 2015 that by order dated 26-4-2015 furlough is granted to the petitioner. In view of these circumstances, the petition is disposed of. Fees of the learned counsel is quantified at Rs.1500/- (Rupees fifteen hundred only).
