Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the respondent (original petitioner) submits that the amount deposited by the respondent may be allowed to be withdrawn by the applicant, subject to his furnishing solvent surety. 3.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, it is allowed. The amount deposited by the respondent in this Court be paid to the applicant (original respondent) on his furnishing solvent surety of the like amount.

The Civil Application is disposed of in the above terms.
