Seen the reply affidavit. The authority is expected to expedite the things. It appears that decision on the application filed for furlough is not yet taken by the authorities. The authorities have not yet submitted report. Even procedure is laid down. The authority is not filing the report and this unfortunate. Action can be taken, if procedure laid down for consideration of application for furlough leave is not followed by any agency involved in the matter. This Court hops that things are expedited and decision is taken within 15 days from today. With this observation, the petition is disposed of.
