She submitted the judgment of Regular Criminal Case No.1656 of 2017 delivered by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.14, Aurangabad, dated 2nd January, 2024. In the said judgment, in para 38, the said Court observed that the dispute is settled by the parties out of the Court, and therefore, the accused in that case are

Considering the fact that the parties have amicably settled their dispute, these revision applications are disposed of. 3.

Fees of Ms.Sangole Vanita H., the learned appointed advocate shall be paid as per the rules by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
