1] Heard. Perused the prayers in the petition. The main prayer in the petition is to direct the authority to decide the representation dated 3.9.2012 of the petitioner and to initiate inquiry and register crime against respondent No.6 company and its responsible officers for the death of Vitthal Baliram Vaidya.

2] We direct the Superintendent of Police, Raigad to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of communication of the order. in case the Superintendent of Police feels it necessary, he may hear the petitioner and take appropriate decision. APP to send a copy of this writ petition to Superintendent of Police, Raigad, so as to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision. 3] Petition is disposed of on above terms.
