The Petitioner desires an appointment in the 'C' category of employees (Junior Clerk). She has already been appointed as a Parichar (Peon) in category 'D' on 15.10.2008, on compassionate basis. She, therefore, claims promotion by virtue of the Government Resolution dated 30.01.2010. Her application addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, Respondent No.2 herein, dated 10.11.2020, is pending.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed of. We expect Respondent No.2 to consider

2 wp 5129.2022 the representation of the Petitioner dated 10.11.2020 in the light of the Government Resolution dated 30.01.2010 and the rules / policies applicable, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15.10.2022.
