PER COURT:- 1.

By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant-Bhaidas Devman Koli, who died on 12.06.2012.

It is submitted that the appeal is filed against the award of Reference Court seeking compensation towards acquired land. The applicants were not aware about the pendency of the appeal. Even the learned Advocate, who was looking after the appeal expired and there was no communication. In that view of the matter, delay is caused, which is not intentional. 3.

The contents of the application are uncontroverted by the respondents.

In that view of the matter, the case is made out to condone the delay and permit the applicants to bring on record as legal heirs of the deceased appellant. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses 'A' and 'B'.

b.

Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.

c.

Civil Application is disposed of.
