Learned A. P. P., on instructions, submits that Respondent-authorities are ready to consider the application fled by the petitioner afresh for grant of furlough leave on its own merits since the earlier application came to be fled on 19.10.2020. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would fle an appropriate application afresh for grant of furlough leave before the Respondent-authorities along with name of fresh surety, within one week from the date of order and upon fling such application, Respondent-authorities may be directed to consider the same as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above statement, Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
