The learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have made representation/application seeking benefit under the Indira Awas Yojana. The said application is filed in the year 2011. Even panchanama was conducted and the list was prepared. The names of the petitioners appeared in the list entitled for the benefit of the said scheme.

The learned Advocate for respondents no.2 and 3 submits that the Indira Awas Yojana is disbanded and in its place, 'Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana' is being introduced.

The respondents may consider the application of the petitioners as per the applicable scheme and the decision shall be taken upon it expeditiously, preferably within three months.
