The Petitioners, on the basis of their additional qualification acquired during the service tenure, are awaiting the decision on their request about changing the teaching subject. It is also being pointed out that the Director of Primary Education has also by communication dated 08.03.2025, addressed to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad, Beed, has advised as to how such a change would be permissible.

The writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to take appropriate decision pursuant to the communication dated 08.03.2025 received from the Director of Primary Education, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks.
