The present application has been moved for transfer of a sessions case from one Additional Sessions Judge to the another one at one and the same district headquarter i.e. Parbhani. It is informed that similar application has been pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Parbhani. It would, therefore, be desirable to dispose of this application with a request to the learned Sessions Judge, Parbhani to decide the applicant's application at the earliest and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
