The present appeal is filed for enhancement of compensation amount along with an application for condonation of delay. The appeal is filed by the claimant widow and two minor children. The learned Advocate for the appellants/applicants submits that after the demise of the husband of the appellant she could not file appeal within a period of limitation as she was facing financial difficulties and delay caused in filing the appeal is not intentional.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, the delay is condoned. The application is disposed of.

The appeal is admitted.
