The learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not press civil application for amendment.

In view of that, civil application is rejected as not pressed.

It is submitted that the petitioner was directed to be absorbed in respondent no.6-school, but is not allowed to join. In such a case, the Education Officer is expected to take action against respondent no.6-school and such further action with regard to the absorption of the petitioner.

The learned AGP shall intimate the further action taken by the Education Officer in this regard.
