Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant made a grievance that the trial is likely to be completed, however, it is remained pending due to the death of the Presiding Officer due to Covid-19. Only the final arguments were to be advanced. The trial is of the year 2017. Therefore, the applicant be released on bail. 3.

The learned APP would submit that recently the newly officers have joined their duties and it is likely to be completed in short time.

Considering the situation, it would rather be better to direct the concerned Court to hear the final arguments and dispose of the case within one month from the date of receipt of this order instead of granting the bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

I) The learned District Judge at Kopargaon dealing with the Special Case No.147 of 2017 is directed to dispose of the trial by granting an opportunity of advancing the arguments to both the sides within one month from the date of receipt of this order.
