Mr.Paranjape, learned counsel submits that the Respondents have not redressed some of the issues with regard to the pensionary benefits. The petitioner has time to time made representations with the Respondents for grant of the said retiral benefits in toto. However, the Respondents have not considered the said representations as yet.

Mr.Bagul, learned counsel submits that in case the representations are pending, the Respondent shall take decision on the said representations on its own merits.

In light of the above, without entering into the merits of the

contentions of either parties, we pass the following order : a) The Respondents shall decide the representations given by the petitioner (Exh.C-page 26-32) expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of this order. In case the said representations are not decided favourably, the petitioner is entitled to assail the same.
