This petition has been filed seeking direction to complete the Land Acquisition process under The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, i. e. New Act 2013, at the earliest and within a time frame given under the Act itself.

The learned A.G.P on instructions informs that, the Notification under Section 11 of the New Act, 2013 has already been issued in January 2023, meaning thereby that by now the process of Land Acquisition even might have been completed. The Petitioner is unaware thereof.

If the acquisition proceedings have not been taken to logical conclusions, the same shall be taken to the logical end within a timeframe given under the statute and if the time has already been over, in
