The informant is present in the Court and willing to compromise the matter. She has filed on record an affidavit giving no objection for quashment of the F.I.R., being Crime No. 10 of 2022 registered with Cantonment Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code and consequential charge-sheet filed in Special Case No. 68 of 2023 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad.

In view of above, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (B-1).
