PER COURT :- When the present petition was taken up for hearing, Shri P.S.Paranjape, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already complied with the order passed below Exh.12 on 07.02.2019 by the learned District Judge. The learned Counsel submitted that however for some or other reason the proceeding before the District Court is being prolonged and the same is pending since 1997. The learned Counsel has prayed for some direction for speedy disposal of the matter. In the circumstances, to meet the ends of justice, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The Trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of Civil Miscellaneous Application No.155 of 2015 and dispose it of as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

II) Petition stands disposed of.
