All those documents, which were in the custody of the management, have now been returned to the petitioner. The petitioner admits the same. The learned counsel for petitioner also submits that the petitioner has made an application in terms of the order dated 18th August, 2023 and he will do all that is necessary to comply with the said directions.

The learned counsel for the management informs that the provisional passing certificate and degree certificate are not with them. According to him, the same are with the university. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
