The petitioner is in service. His promotion depends upon the issuance of the caste validity certificate. His proposal is pending since 15.06.2022. He prays for an early decision. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the Petitioner is 51 years of age today. He submitted a proposal when he was 50 years of age. Since his promotion is at stake for which he desires an early decision, the Committee can decide his pending proposal within six months. 3.

To simplify the things, the Petitioner tenders his e-mail address as saindanvisepm@gmail.com in his handwriting. He prays that the vigilance cell report may be served on him through e-mail and any date, 15 days beyond the date of the e-mail service, may be posted to enable the Petitioner to appear before the Committee and submit the written notes of submissions.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect Respondent No.2 to decide the pending proposal of the Petitioner, on or before 31st August, 2023. The Petitioner would render wholehearted cooperation and will not seek unnecessary adjournments.
