Learned advocate for the applicant states that the petitioner has deposited amount of arrears of maintenance and necessary expenses pursuant to order dated 29th September, 2015, in this court. He further states that the amount pertains to arrears of maintenance and the applicant is legitimately entitled to said amount. He as such, requests to permit the applicant to withdraw the amount.

Learned for the respondent has no particular resistance to offer to this contention.
