Mr. Patil fairly submits that the amount could not be deposited, as directed earlier.

In the circumstances, stay to the execution of the impugned awards granted earlier is hereby made absolute till the decision of the appeals only on the

CA-7201-2013+ condition that the appellant-applicant deposits the amount as directed earlier within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.

4.

Upon failure, the present order shall stand revoked and the applications shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.

Both Applications stand disposed of.
