The learned Counsel submits that the recovery certificate is not yet executed though issued on 28th June, 2020. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. In fact, this Court under order dated 18th September, 2020 issued notice to respondent No. 2 only. 3.

The respondents shall execute recovery certificate in favour of the petitioner for unpaid wages in accordance with law expeditiously. The recovery proceedings initiated by respondent pursuant to the recovery certificate shall be subject to the charge of

2 111-WP-5314-2020 other creditors over the property. The Officers will also have to consider the priority of the charges and after issuing notice to the creditors, may take further steps as permissible under law expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
