This is an application for condonation of delay of 171 days caused in filing present application and for recall of the order dated 12.09.2022 thereby dismissing the civil application. 2.

For the reasons disclosed in the application and in view of undertaking given by the applicants that the office objections shall be removed within a period of two (02) weeks from today and subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. Two thousands only) to the High Court Bar Library within a period of two (02)
