Pursuant to an order passed by this Court on 08.03.2022, by which a bailable warrant in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- came to be SG Punde, PA

2 945CA4918.2022 issued to secure the presence of Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Mr. Manoj Jindal, Chief Executive Officer, Jalna, is present before the court today.

Mr. Avinash D. Aghav, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, tenders an apology to this Court stating that due to inadvertence, the facts could not be made clear before the court on the earlier date.

Under such circumstances, the order of issuance of bailable warrant stands recalled. The apology tendered by the learned counsel is accepted with a direction, that in future, such lapse should not occur resulting into issuance of a bailable warrant. 4.

Civil Application is, accordingly, disposed off. 5.

List the petition on 09 th June, 2022 .
