In the first Application, the applicants are the LRs of the deceased/petitioner. Application is filed within time. It is prayed that the LRs be permitted to be brought on record in the Writ Petition.

In view of the above, first Application is allowed. The applicants shall be brought on record in the cause title of the petition as the LRs of the deceased petitioner, within one week from today. 4.

Insofar as the second Application is concerned, a delay of 37 days is caused in bringing the LRs of deceased Laxmichand, partner

05CA4570.19 with respondent No. 1/Partnership Firm. Shri Sant, learned Advocate causes an appearance on behalf of the L.Rs. and submits that he can cause an appearance on behalf of the L.Rs. in the Writ Petition.

In view of the above, the second Civil Application is also allowed and by the consent of the parties, the petitioners shall donate an amount of Rs. 500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti") for the treatment of the poor patients, within two weeks from today. 6.

Shri Sant learned Advocate submits that the petition is awaiting admission as it was earlier dismissed in default on two occasions.
