Mrs. Ansari, learned counsel for the applicant submits that, by way of amendment, the applicant seeks to aver regarding the protection of service as per the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court. Mr. Bakshi, learned counsel for the respondent No.4 employer opposes the Civil Application.

Even otherwise, the non-applicants can controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment in the Writ Petition. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Necessary amendment to be carried out within 14 days.
