By giving appointment order to the Petitioner on 20th March, 2016, pursuant to the directions of this Court, the Respondents have complied with the orders.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner contends that in terms of the consequential benefits, the Petitioner should have been given deemed date of appointment, at an earlier point of time. This argument is misconceived and cannot be accepted in the facts of the of the present case.
