This is an application for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased petitioner. So also seeking condonation of delay. 2.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State. It is trite that the Court shall construe the abatement strictly and setting aside abatement liberally.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". The civil application is disposed of.
